Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Return
    You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • The product is in its original packaging.
    • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • All tags and labels are intact.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:
    • Undergarments and lingerie
    • Swimwear
    • Jewelry and accessories
    • Customized or personalized products
  3. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@fashion2deal.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or further instructions.
    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
  4. Refunds
    • Refunds will be processed in the original method of payment or store credit, depending on your preference.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

  1. Order Cancellations
    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any penalty. To cancel, please email care@fashion2deal.com with your order number.
    • After 24 hours, if the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return once the product is delivered.
  2. Cancellation by Fashion2Deal
    • In rare circumstances, we may have to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may request a replacement or refund by contacting care@fashion2deal.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will handle such cases on a priority basis and cover any return shipping costs.
